Our Red Plum Puree is produced from delicious raw red plums in our facilities. The plum is a beautifully-colored fruit that is one of the few to combine both sweet and sour flavors. Each plum in the puree has been carefully selected to ensure a top-quality product.

This puree maintains the bright color and all the original taste of the raw red plums. It has a minimum brix level of 11, and 0.4-1.4 acidity, which means that you get the freshest, most natural taste for this ingredient that will be in your final product.
Not only is our puree a great flavor addition in mixtures but it also adds a pop of color, as well as contributing toward the daily servings of fruit and vegetables. Ideal uses for the puree include drinks, such as fruit juices and alcohol and alcohol-free cocktails. Also, use the puree in your baked goods, including cakes, tarts, and muffins, as well as sorberts, ice creams, and other desserts. The 3/20kg puree comes in a 200 kg bag in a drum.
The puree has undergone grinding and sieving. The Red Plum Puree has been processed so it is safely storable at room temperature, for your convenience. These magnificent plums have already been washed and pitted, making them ready for use.
