Properties and Benefits of Raspberry Concentrate

When our raspberry concentrate is ready, we can supply it as aseptic raspberry concentrate or as frozen raspberry concentrate. Moreover, we can ship it in tankers, drums, bins or bags in boxes. This concentrate has an acidity of 12-17 and a brix level (refractometric) of 64-67.

Raspberry is rich in vitamin C, manganese, fiber, copper, vitamin K, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin E, magnesium, omega-3 fats and potassium.
